Delete adverbs where you can replace them with a stronger verb.

Don’t say: Sathya ran quickly.
Say:
Sathya hurried.
Sathya jogged.
Sathya sprinted.
Sathya ran for his life.
Sathya sped ahead like a hungry lion spotting a deer. :)
Don’t say: "The presentation was delivered very clearly."
Say: "The presentation was delivered with clarity."
Don’t say: "We carefully design beautiful, modern websites that quickly capture attention.”
Say: “We design lead-generating, modern websites that grab attention.”
Adverbs weaken your writing. Replace it with bold, definitive verbs.
It conveys precise actions and evoke emotions.
It also makes your writing a lot punchier.
Not all adverbs are bad.
Exception being when you want to emphasise a point.
Examples:
Despite having more display area, iPad Pro feels reassuringly solid in the hand (Apple).
The award-winning restaurant serves exceptionally delicious cuisine.
Build powerful workflows incredibly fast (Zapier).
Here the adverbs work because they emphasize the quality of the noun/ action.
