Use “you”/ “your”
Instead of: "The customer's needs are our top priority."
Say: "Your needs are our top priority."
Instead of: "We're committed to providing the customer with exceptional support."
Say: "We're committed to providing you with exceptional support."
Instead of: "Our app is designed to help the customer achieve their goals."
Say: "Our app is designed to help you achieve your goals."
Use "you/ your" instead of "the customer('s)".
Copy becomes more personal, direct and conversational, focusing on the individual customer.
